Why Your AC Low Side Pressure Is Too High

1. Capacitor fan defect

This important part of the air conditioner is responsible for controlling the flow of refrigerant by the compressor. There are sensors on both the low and high sides, and pressure is constantly monitored. If both sides are out of balance, the compressor will be turned off to avoid damage. However, if the sensor or switch fails, this may cause misreading and the pressure can break out of the quilter.
